Hi, I’m Emma - a certified breathwork and meditation coach and the founder of She Roams Freely Coaching.

After leaving the UK and following a pull toward something deeper, my journey led me to Bali - and back to myself. Through breathwork and nervous-system regulation, I learned to release what my body had been holding and finally feel calm, grounded, and safe.

Today, through 1:1 coaching and group workshops, I support women to move out of survival mode and into safety, so they can lead and live with greater ease.
